ARB Bull Bars are designed tough. In fact, you
won't find a more thoroughly designed and manufactured vehicle protection
system than an ARB bull bar. Engineering a bull bar requires careful
consideration of a number of factors to ensure it properly serves its
purpose. Factors such as vehicle design, crush rate, air bag deployment,
approach angles, accessory fitment, strength, weight and aesthetics are
accessed in every ARB bar before it enters production.

Each bull bar originates from
premium, cold rolled sheet steel. Computer controlled laser cutting
equipment, mandrel bending machines and MIG welders are used to shape the
materials into a structurally sound shell. Additional reinforcements are
added, as are steel uprights and cross bars on deluxe models – or a large
centre tube on Sahara models – which further improves overall integrity.
